Ecclesiastes 3:1 “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under Heaven.”

It is right to be concerned about time, but it is not right to be obsessed with it.

Do you live life by clock? Then you are a candidate for stress.

Learn the wisdom of letting things develop at their own pace, and follow the maxim that say, ‘Don’t push the river – let it flow.

You don’t cope with stress because the trouble is that , you’re in a hurry – but God isn’t.

Learn to relax , and do not become intimidated by time , you have all time in the world to do what God wants you to do .

If you want to turn your weaknesses into strengths, and cope with stress, jus accept that you cannot change your surroundings – but you can change your attitude.

Nervous glances at a watch will generate tension, E.g: when you caught in traffic, but they will not make the traffic move any faster ,, Fretting and Fuming will do nothing to alter the situation … SO, learn to relax.

SO, in every ordinary issues of everyday life, it is pointless to force things, to push things , to pressure yourself …

Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving , present your requests to God.”

Yes we have some goals to achieve in any way, but also God is the only One to make them happen.

Don’t stress in anything , if it’s not your time , it’s not. Wait for God .

Thank God for who you are , for what you have so far , be greatful always, and be satisfied with everything He gives you. Don’t compare yourself with others, just be you.
